Service, refund, cancellation, and privacy information
Service scope & payment terms
Draftdesk provides single-page website design and optional maintenance. Contact setup@draft-desk.org for a quote, support, or a billing concern.
The website package is $400 USD and optional maintenance is $35 USD per month, subject to the scope you accept in writing. Before work begins, we agree the content, included corrections, delivery timeline, payment schedule, any separately approved costs, and final approval process. Work outside that scope requires your agreement to a separate quote.
You are responsible for confirming your business content and providing permission to use any materials you supply. Draftdesk does not promise specific search rankings, business leads, sales, or uninterrupted uptime. A draft is not your official website until you approve its launch.
Payments are arranged separately after agreement. This website does not accept card details, automatically enroll you in maintenance, or charge you for an enquiry. There are no physical goods or shipping charges in this service.
Project cancellations & refunds
Before project work starts: if you cancel, any project payment already received is refunded in full.
After project work starts: payments covering unfinished work are refundable. Work already completed under the agreed scope is payable; if only part of the scope is finished, the refund reflects the unfinished portion. We agree the scope and payment terms before starting so there is a clear record.
To request cancellation or a refund, email setup@draft-desk.org with your business name and project or invoice reference. For a billing error or dispute, use the same email and explain the concern so it can be reviewed against the written agreement. Any rights provided by applicable law are unaffected.
Monthly maintenance cancellation
Maintenance is optional and begins only with your separate agreement. You can cancel by emailing setup@draft-desk.org before the next renewal. No further monthly maintenance fees are due after cancellation takes effect.
The current paid month continues through the end of its service period. Cancellation does not automatically refund a service period that has already begun; contact our team to resolve any billing error or problem with the agreed service. Any work or third-party service outside the maintenance agreement needs separate approval.
Privacy & customer information
If you email Draftdesk, the information you provide is used to respond, prepare a quote, manage your project, and handle customer support or billing. Do not send payment-card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
This page has no enquiry form, advertising pixels, or analytics added by Draftdesk. The hosting provider may process technical request information to serve and secure the website. Payment instructions, when available, are provided separately; a payment provider’s privacy terms apply on its own payment pages.
Customer information is not sold. Information may be shared with providers needed to deliver an agreed service, process a payment, or meet legal obligations. Contact setup@draft-desk.org to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, subject to any records that must be retained for legal or billing reasons.
